Services · AI & digital operations consulting
See the whole digital operation. Build the right plan.
We map the work your business handles on a screen, find the biggest opportunities, and create the order of operations — websites, automation, AI agents, software, content, integrations, or whatever the business needs first.
01 / The deliverable
Anatomy of the plan.
Five parts. Each one answers a decision an owner actually has to make. No vague strategy deck, no filler slides.
01 · Where time leaks
Five-dimension scorecard
Customer experience, internal operations, data flow, communication, content, reporting, and recurring work — scored against how the business operates today.
02 · What you already have
Tool-stack review
Website, CRM, inboxes, spreadsheets, accounting, calendars, forms, phones, content channels, and file systems. What connects, what needs cleanup, what stays alone.
03 · What matters first
Ranked opportunities
3–5 opportunities scored by value, ease, data readiness, build difficulty, and operational risk. The weak ideas get cut in writing.
04 · What happens next
60-day action sequence
The first workflow, the access it needs, the approval points, the risks — and what not to buy yet.
05 · What your team keeps
Recorded walkthrough
A 45-minute plain-English review of the findings and the plan. Yours to keep and replay.
Two depths
Audit, or go deeper
The audit is the normal front door: fixed scope, five business days. The Strategy Intensive runs two to three weeks for offices with more moving parts — sized by the number of workflows and tools in play.
Nothing built. Nothing sold. A plan you can execute with us or anyone else — we don’t make it useless on purpose.
02 / Portability
The plan is yours. Full stop.
Some firms write plans that only they can execute — a proposal wearing a report’s clothes. We don’t. Every artifact is written in plain English so your team, another builder, or Ridgeway can run it.
Run it yourself
Your team executes
The 60-day sequence names the steps, the access, and the order. If you have the hands, you don’t need us again.
Hand it off
Any builder executes
The plan is builder-agnostic. Hand it to whoever you trust — it reads the same to them as it does to us.
Or come back
Ridgeway executes
If you want Ridgeway to build and manage the plan, that’s managed delivery — and the audit fee credits 100% toward month one within 90 days.
03 / The fork
Consulting or contracting — the clean line.
Consulting ends with written decisions. Contracting includes the build, the monitoring, and the improvement. Never both by accident.
| Consulting — the plan | Contracting — the engine | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | A written plan, ranked opportunities, and a recorded walkthrough. | Working websites, workflows, agents, software, integrations, and managed digital systems under a written SOW. |
| Who executes | Your team, or any builder you choose. | Ridgeway builds it, runs it, and improves it. |
| What Ridgeway owns | Nothing. Every artifact leaves with you. | The engine. You own your data, results, and customer-facing accounts. |
| When it ends | At delivery. The plan doesn’t expire. | Month-to-month after a 3-month minimum, 30 days’ notice. |
| Best when | “We know time is leaking. We don’t know what to fix first.” | “We know the work. We want it off our plate, run by someone accountable.” |

04 / Questions
Before you book a call.
Still not sure whether you need a plan or an operator?
Book the free mapping call →Does consulting include implementation?
No. Consulting is pure advisory. We study the business, rank the opportunities, and hand you a written plan and recorded walkthrough. If you want Ridgeway to build and operate it, that is contracting.
Can we start with the plan and build later?
Yes. The paid AI Opportunity Audit is the front door. If a contracting SOW is executed within 90 calendar days after the documented audit delivery date, the audit fee credits 100% toward contracting month one.
What’s the difference between the audit and the deeper engagement?
Scale. The audit is fixed scope and delivered in five business days. The Strategy Intensive runs two to three weeks and is sized by the number of workflows and tools in play — several departments, a tangled stack, or a plan another build crew must execute.
Who owns the plan?
You do. The scorecard, the ranked opportunities, the 60-day sequence, and the recorded walkthrough all leave with you. Execute it with your team, another builder, or Ridgeway.
Can the plan cover more than automation?
Yes. The plan can include websites, customer communication, content systems, AI and software agents, dashboards, custom tools, integrations, data flow, and recurring operational work — whatever digital systems matter to the business.
