How Ridgeway handles website inquiries, client data, and AI-assisted service delivery. Plain language, no fine-print games.
Effective July 13, 2026
Limited to the relationship and the work.
When you book a call, Ridgeway collects the selected start and end time, your name and email address, and any phone number, business name, area of interest, or message you choose to provide. If you become a client, Ridgeway may also collect billing information, project materials, consented call notes or recordings, and operational data needed to deliver the agreed scope. If you allow analytics and attribution cookies, we may collect the consent-time campaign and source values described in the Cookie Policy. We limit collection to information reasonably needed to run the site, respond to you, deliver services, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations.
To do the job, not to sell you.
- Check live availability, reserve calls, create Google Meet links, and send Ridgeway-branded booking confirmations with optional calendar files.
- Understand which consent-time marketing sources produce real inquiries.
- Prepare consulting recommendations and contracting scopes.
- Deliver, monitor, and improve approved AI workflows.
- Process invoices and payment records through Stripe or an equivalent payment processor.
- Maintain security, audit logs, and legal and business records.
Your business data stays yours.
Clients retain ownership of their business data and customer-facing accounts. Ownership and licensing for websites, automations, agents, workflows, source materials, and reusable Ridgeway technology are defined in the signed scope for each engagement. The data handling page explains access, retention, and offboarding in more detail.
Specialized providers may process approved data.
Ridgeway may use commercial AI providers, hosting platforms, communications tools, payment processors, and other service providers to operate the site and deliver an engagement. For website bookings, Google Calendar privately processes the appointment details and creates the Google Meet event without emailing the customer. Resend sends the customer’s Ridgeway-branded confirmation and calendar file and may send an internal notification to Ridgeway. Telegram may deliver a limited internal booking notification. Hosting providers process the request sent to Ridgeway. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role and handles it under its own terms and settings.
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and the business, when required by law, with client authorization, or as described in a signed agreement.
Keep what is useful, then clear it.
The analytics and attribution cookie lasts up to 90 days, and the cookie-choice preference lasts up to 180 days. An expired source snapshot is not recreated unless you explicitly allow it again. You can reject or withdraw non-essential cookies through the Cookie settings control in the footer.
The website’s KV backstop copy of a validated inquiry expires automatically after 730 days. Booking records may also remain in Google Calendar and limited notification-delivery history for the period reasonably needed to run the meeting, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Other records created from an inquiry may follow the longer retention period required for their purpose. Source attribution attached to those records follows the same period, then is deleted or de-identified.
