Terms.
High-level terms for using this site and engaging Ridgeway for strategy, builds, automation, AI systems, and ongoing digital operations.
Effective July 13, 2026
Digital work, scoped around the outcome.
Ridgeway provides discovery and strategy, one-time digital builds, websites and website changes, integrations, automation, AI agents, and ongoing operation and improvement of approved systems. The specific deliverables, responsibilities, access, timing, and acceptance terms are defined in a signed statement of work or order form.
Commercial terms live in your signed SOW.
Ongoing work is generally scoped as a flat monthly retainer. One-time projects are quoted separately. The exact fee, included work, service cadence, outside costs, and payment schedule are written into the signed scope before billing begins.
Unless a signed scope says otherwise, ongoing engagements begin with an initial three-month term and continue month to month after that with 30 days’ written notice. There are no silent usage overages: material work outside the signed scope requires written agreement.
Billing mechanics are described on the client billing page.
Automation follows the permissions in the scope.
Routine actions may run automatically after the client approves the workflow, systems, and permission level. Higher-risk actions — such as moving money, changing credentials, deleting records, making legal or compliance decisions, or performing major production cutovers — require the authorization defined in the signed scope.
Your data is yours. Deliverable rights are written down.
Clients retain ownership of their data and customer-facing accounts. The signed scope defines ownership or licensing for each deliverable, including websites, content, automations, agents, source files, and documentation. Ridgeway retains its pre-existing tools, reusable methods, templates, orchestration components, and general know-how unless the signed scope expressly transfers them.
Licensed decisions stay with licensed professionals.
Ridgeway does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Recommendations or outputs that require a licensed professional must be reviewed by that professional before action.
The signed packet beats the website.
For paid work, the signed MSA, DPA, SOW, invoices, and any approved addenda control over this website summary. If this page and a signed document ever disagree, the signed document wins.
Clear scope before billing
Every term above goes in writing before you pay anything.
Bring us the outcome you need. We will map the work, define the engagement, and document the number before billing starts.
