First-party cookies, without cross-site tracking.

Ridgeway AI uses the two first-party cookies described below. We do not currently load third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not use these cookies to build advertising profiles or sell browsing information.

One required preference and one consent-based source snapshot.

• rw_cookie_consent_v1 is a required preference cookie. It records your choice, the policy version, and the time of that choice for up to 180 days so the site can respect it.
• rw_attr_v1 is a consent-based analytics and attribution cookie. It is created only when you select “Allow all cookies” or enable analytics and attribution under “Customize,” and lasts up to 90 days. If it expires, the site does not create another unless you explicitly allow it again.

Both cookies are set by the Ridgeway site, limited to the current host, sent only over secure connections, and unavailable to other websites.

Enough to identify the source present when you accept, not to watch you browse.

The analytics and attribution cookie may store allowlisted campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content; advertising click identifiers in the current URL; the current page path; an external referrer hostname; and the time you allowed it. If you navigate before deciding, the snapshot reflects the page and source present when you choose, not necessarily your original entry to the site. It does not store form contents, a list of pages you visit, or activity on another website.

If you later book a Ridgeway call, those source values are included with the booking request so we can understand which marketing produced a real lead. The values then follow the handling and retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Accept, decline, or withdraw at any time.

Selecting “Reject non-essential” records that preference and deletes the analytics and attribution cookie. You can reopen the preference panel from the Cookie settings link in the footer or clear Ridgeway site data in your browser. Clearing the preference makes the choices appear again on a later visit.

Hosting providers process site requests.

Our hosting provider may process cookie headers as part of serving this website. Booking stays on the Ridgeway site; Google Calendar, Resend, and Telegram are contacted by Ridgeway’s server and do not add browser cookies through the booking form. Ridgeway will update this policy and the consent controls before adding another non-essential cookie category.
